International Admission Process
Congratulations on choosing Universidad CEU Fernando III for your university education!
We want the international admission process to be easy and comfortable for you. Therefore, please follow these steps carefully, and contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance.
Before you start, please note:
- If you studied abroad framed under the Spanish educational system, or if you completed Compulsory Secondary Education in Spain (under either a Spanish or international syllabus), you must apply through the national admission process , regardless of your nationality.

The first step is to fill out the admission form , where you will need to provide:
- Your personal details, so we can contact you.
- The undergraduate degree you wish to study.
- Whether you are a new student or a transfer student from another university.
In the form, you will have the option to upload the required academic documents for us to verify that you meet our admission criteria. We recommend uploading only the requested documents.
- If you are applying as a first-year student, please upload scanned copies of:
- Your ID card or Passport.
- Your secondary school transcripts.
- Your final secondary school diploma (if already obtained).
- A passport-style photo.
- If you are applying as a transfer student, please upload:
- Your ID card or Passport.
- The detailed syllabi of the subjects you wish to transfer.
- Your academic transcripts to date.
- A passport-style photo.
After completing the admission form, we will send you an email with the next steps to follow.
You will receive your login credentials once you have completed the admission form.
On your intranet, you can: Check the status of your application, Verify and update your personal information, Upload documents, Schedule your interview, Download your admission letter once available...

After completing the admission form, you can select the date and time of your personal interview. This interview, together with your academic records, will determine whether you meet the requirements for admission.
The interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with one of our professionals.
You will receive an email with your admission decision 24–48 hours after the interview.
If you are applying for a transfer of academic record, your personal advisor will activate the interview schedule once your academic documents have been verified.
If the first year of your chosen bachelor’s degree is taught in a different language from your native one, you will need to provide a copy of an official language certificate or take a language placement test through your intranet.
Once your application has been evaluated, we will send you an email to inform you whether:
- You have been admitted and a vacancy is available. In this case, you will receive an admission letter with instructions on how to reserve your place.
- You are on the waiting list. We will notify you by email when a place becomes available.
- You have not been admitted. Admitted candidates must pay the fee indicated in the admission letter in accordance with the university’s tuition policy.
To complete your enrollment, you must first pay the reservation fee and register for your chosen bachelor’s degree.
If the enrollment period is not yet open, we will send you an email later with the specific instructions according to your admission pathway.
After booking your vacancy, you can begin preparing for your arrival with the help of the International Student Services team. To support your transition, we offer a
Universidad CEU Fernando III offers, at no cost, a schooling insurance program for enrolled students. This program ensures the continuity of studies by covering all educational expenses in the event of the death of a student’s parent or legal guardian. The activation of the insurance is automatic, with no medical questionnaire or additional requirements, ensuring academic continuity with no age limit.
