We simplify your arrival in Seville

Studying abroad is an important decision and often involves a number of formalities, as it requires the submission of academic documents and the completion of certain administrative procedures that can sometimes feel a bit tedious.

For this reason, from CEU UF3, we offer a range of services specifically designed with our future international students in mind. If you live abroad and are going to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with us, our Hospitality Services will certainly make your arrival in Seville much easier!

How the Hospitality Services work

To benefit from our services, you must first apply for a place in one of the undergraduate or postgraduate programs offered by Universidad CEU Fernando III. We invite you to explore our study programs and complete your application through this form.

Once you have successfully completed all stages of the admission process, you will be able to pay for the Hospitality services along with your enrollment deposit, in a single payment. From that moment on, you can start enjoying all the services we offer!

Please note that Hospitality Services are exclusively available to international students who do not live in Spain at the time of booking their vacancy. Visit this section of our website for more information, or contact one of our admissions advisors if you need any further clarification.

Academic Documentation

All international students who wish to study in Spain must provide proof that their prior studies meet the admission requirements. We take care of this process for you, ensuring that you can smoothly integrate into the Spanish education system.

Administrative Procedures

In order to study and live in Spain, you must apply for a permit and obtain either a NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) or a TIE (Foreigner Identity Card). This is a crucial step for anyone planning to stay in Spain for more than three months, as it certifies the legality of your stay, and grants access to all the rights and services available to legal residents.

We will guide you through the process of obtaining your NIE/TIE and provide personalized support every step of the way.

Transport Card

Get around Seville quickly and sustainably using our public transportation network. You’ll find that all the main attractions in the city — including the university — are just a short ride away.

Airport Pickup

On the day of your arrival in Seville, a taxi will be waiting for you to ensure you reach your destination in the city quickly and comfortably.

Hotel Night

To help you settle in and rest after your journey, you’ll enjoy a one-night hotel stay for up to three people.

International Student Identity Card (ISIC)

The International Student Identity Card is globally recognized and gives you access to an international student community, along with a wide range of discounts on culture, leisure, dining — and much more!

SIM Card

To ensure you can communicate from the very first moment, you will have a preloaded SIM card ready for calls and internet access.

Health Coverage

It is important that international students joining the university have adequate health coverage to rely on in case of need. Therefore:

  • If you come from a European Union country, make sure to apply for the European Health Insurance Card
  • If you come from a non-EU country, verify that your health insurance will cover you during your stay in Spain
